The Defense Health Agency awarded Wisconsin Physician Service (WPS) the next generation contract for TRICARE for Life and other TRICARE beneficiaries with Medicare. The new contract, TRICARE Medicare-Eligible Program, or TMEP, began May 1, 2022.
Since WPS will continue to administer the contract for TRICARE beneficiaries with Medicare, beneficiaries do not need to take any action. Accounts for registered TRICARE4u.com users remain unchanged. If you have questions, please call 866-773-0404.

Administrator Access - INSTANT ACCESS
To have instant access as an administrator, you will need to self-authorize your access by providing 2 processed claim examples and beneficiary identifiers. The claims must be from within the last 90 days.
Note: Administrators have additional responsibilities.
Administrator Access - DELAYED ACCESS
If you are unable to provide the 2 claim examples to self-authorize Admin access, there is a box to click on. If you select this option, WPS-MVH webstaff will need to call the number on your registration to verify you before approving access.
Please Note: This delayed access for approval may take 2-14 days.
Standard Access - TIME FOR ACCESS DEPENDS
For Standard access users, those access requests are submitted to the Admin(s) for the facility Tax ID and zip code location, you registered under.
The Admins must approve those pending access requests. These are not done by WPS-MVH. The access approval depends upon your Admin responding to those requests.
* Please Note: If there are no active Administrators or you are the first person registering for access to that location, the portal will automatically make your account be Admin Level.
